You value substance over status—you’re joining for connection, ideas, and expansion, not just access.
You engage with curiosity and generosity, contributing insights, mentorship, or lived experience to enrich the community.
You have at least 15 years of professional, creative, or entrepreneurial experience, demonstrating depth, leadership, and a sustained commitment to growth.
You maintain a verifiable professional presence (such as LinkedIn or a public portfolio). For applicants who do not, an alternate form of identity verification (referral or brief video) will ensure trust and authenticity.
